Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility. Available to the first 20 enrolled students per centre, who are not existing members of KooBits.
2. Programme Duration. The guarantee applies after completing a minimum of 3 consecutive months of enrolment.
3. Attendance. No lessons may be skipped, without valid reason during the 3-month period. Make up lessons are subject to center and coach availability.
4. Platform Usage. Students must complete assigned home practice on the KooBits platform each week. Minimum usage thresholds apply and will be tracked automatically.
5. Refund Scope. Money back refers to a refund equivalent to one (1) month’s fee at the rate paid by the parent. Registration fees are non-refundable.
6. Assessment. Progress is measured against the diagnostic assessment taken at enrolment. A grade jump is defined as a measurable improvement of one grade level as assessed by KooBits Academy.
7. Claim Process. Refund claims must be submitted within 14 days of the 3-month period ending, via WhatsApp to your centre’s admin contact.
8. Non-transferable. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the enrolled child only.
